Kiss me, I’m Irish! This St. Patrick’s Day Mac & Cheese celebrates Irish flavors. Brickman’s creamy Cavatappi White Cheddar Mac & Cheese is infused with the hearty goodness of Guinness-infused bacon, sharp Irish White Cheddar, and creamy Havarti cheese. Finished with a swirl of vibrant kale pesto and a sprinkle of crushed potato chips, this Mac & Cheese is a flavorful feast.

  1. In a sauté pan, cook bacon down until crispy (do not drain), deglaze the pan with the Guinness, and reduce by half.
  2. Fold the mac & cheese into the skillet.
  3. Add the Havarti, kale pesto, and sharp Irish white cheddar cheese.
  4. Once the product is hot, place the mixture into a bowl.
  5. Top with the crushed potato chips.
