Ingredients

Prep & Assembly:

  1. Heat pot roast, pepperoncini (with juice), and ranch seasoning until warmed through.
  2. Save gravy / cooking liquid.
  3. Sandwich: Place pot roast on a toasted roll, top with cheese, and melt.
  4. Over Potatoes: Scoop warm mashed potatoes into a bowl and top with pot roast.
  5. Ladle additional gravy over the roast for moisture.
