  1. Heat the mac & Cheese to 165⁰F.
  2. In a sauté pan heat the andouille sausage and peppers.
  3. In a small mixing bowl, combine the mac & cheese, andouille sausage, and peppers
  4. Top with cheddar jack cheese.
  5. Dust with Cajun seasoning.
