Bratwurst Soup
Bratwurst soup is a hearty, comforting dish packed with savory bratwurst sausage, tender potatoes, and a medley of fresh vegetables simmered in a rich, flavorful broth. Perfect for warming up on chilly days!
The creamy base of Gordon Choice Chophouse Potato Soup is infused with the savory flavors of bratwurst, onions, carrots, kale, and garlic.
Directions
- Cut bratwurst into 1/2” slices.
- In a sauté pan, add 1 tbsp. of oil and sauté garlic, onions, and kale until soft.
- Add bratwurst to the sauté pan until browned.
- Pour potato soup into the mixture, stir, and heat until hot.
- Before serving, top with parsley.
