Our simplified Pozole Verde gets its vibrant green hue and depth of flavor from a blend of our savory Mexican-Style Chicken Verde Soup, zesty roasted tomatillos, and smoky, mildly spicy charred poblano peppers. We’ve added tender, Fully Cooked Pulled Rotisserie Chicken and large, fluffy hominy to create a deeply satisfying, hearty texture.

Directions

Base Preparation
- In a saucepan, warm Brickman’s Mexican-Style Chicken Verde Soup over medium heat.
- Stir in hominy, tomatillos, and charred poblanos. Simmer 5 – 7 minutes to meld flavors.
Add Protein
- Fold in the pulled rotisserie chicken and cook until heated through.
Garnish & Serve
- Ladle pozole into a deep bowl.
- Garnish with sliced radishes, red onion, avocado slices, and a sprinkle of oregano.
