  2. Bake at 350 for 15 min
  3. Mix Thawed corn, sour cream, cotija cheese, and smoked paprika
  4. Remove Mac & Cheese from oven and top with the street corn mixture
  5. Garnish with Limes, Cilantro, & Sour Cream
